I fell in love with the Tuli Kupferberg quote above a little over a year ago, when I was planning my 'gap year' adventure.
More on this . . . In support of my emerging new worlds, I am on a mission to facilitate pattern busting (change) in the world of business. Building on my experience and skills developed over the last 20-odd years in the entrepreneurial minefield of Calgary, Alberta, I offer assistance to companies with what I consider fundamental aspects of business.
For me, the proof is in the details. If you haven't already heard, one in ten businesses make it . . past the first three years. Many people work in big idea mode. While this visionary approach can get things off the ground, there's still work to be done. There must be substance to the idea. Substance comes from details. Luck comes from details. Winning comes from being willing to do the work on the details. Learning comes from investing in the details.
What I've come to notice is that the person who comes up with the big idea often doesn't have the skill set or the passion for the details. Lucky for them, people like me do.
Contact me soon to begin the discussion on creating new patterns for success.
